Wolves Fitness Foundations 2


Youth athletes are often uneducated in how to maximize their body for athletic performance or in everyday physical activity. This program will include a foundation of training that lays the foundation for a healthy lifestyle and enjoyment of their sport(s). This program will incorporate many aspects of fitness, and also educate youth in the importance of exercising and moving your body so that they decrease risk of injury and overtraining. (Please note: 14 spots available.)

  • Males & Females, 9-15
  • March 24th – May 26th
  • Fridays (10 Sessions)
